Good stuff. Just apply some after brushing and swish around and then let site for 15+ minutes. Reduces sensitivity and remineralizes teeth. Has Xylitol and other artificial sweeteners for some reason, but it has a higher percentage of fluoride so shouldn't swallow it anyways. Guess not that big of a deal.

I have a lot of crowns and my dentist recommended Gel 5000 when he performed extensive work on my teeth twelve years ago. I have always used Gel 5000 and have never had a cavity in those teeth with a crown.
